The wrist

The wrist and hand are at the working end of the arm and are subjected to a great deal of abuse. The wrist can be easily damaged by misuse.

Wrist Ligament Tear: Caused by impaction or twisting injury of wrist. This will impair movement and grip.

Ulna Collateral Ligament Tear: Tear of the ligament that stabilizes the thumb when grasping.
