Dietary programmes are essential to compliment 

new activity regimes if muscle growth 

and a healthy metabolism is to be maintained. 

                                               Daily diet

08.00am. Breakfast – Carbohydrate: fruit or 
cereals
12.30pm. Lunch – Carbohydrate: bread, pasta, 
rice, cereals, potatoes etc. + vegetables

05.00pm. Snack – Fruit: any 

7.30pm.   Dinner – Protein: fish, milk, eggs,                                                               
             cheese and others. + vegetables
