1. I start my drive before I have the oars in the most optimal position (covered at the furthest point of the catch)

2. Bigger tap down to ensure the oar height is a blade height off the water as it is too close.

3. Square the blade earlier so I'm ready at the catch.

4. Know when the blade is out to start moving back down the slide to avoid unnecessary continuation with no benefit.

A few other smaller thing to work on but these are the obvious ones.
