I am also a fully qualified swimming coach and I am able to use specific swimming exercises to help improve patient' rehabilitation.

With more than 10 years' coaching experience, I work with private clients, helping them to achieve their personal goals. Swimming can be easy if you start the right way. To begin with, let's learn the basics and then progress on a sound foundation. This is what I usually suggest to my new pupils and it works!  And for those who can already swim, a little tuition can make a big difference in a surprisingly short space of time.
